Job summary

SunPower Corporation is seeking a Marketing Manager in South Jordan, UT, onsite, to lead campaigns across social media, content, events, and marketing operations. The role is hands-on, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and external vendors to ensure timely, consistent programs and strong brand reputation.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, a degree in Marketing or related fields, and proven ability to analyze marketing and customer feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Experience with social media, content coordination, events, reputation management, or marketing operations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and projects from concept through completion.
• Develop and manage social media content calendars; coordinate content creation, approvals, scheduling, and publishing.
• Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to produce brand‑aligned content for customers, sales reps, and recruiting audiences.
• Maintain SunPower branding across digital, events, materials; support customer engagement and brand awareness.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing operations including timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Support marketing initiatives and external vendor coordination.
