Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager - Learning Platform

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager with 8+ years of experience to drive adoption of our Learning platform—a destination where customers, users, and the public can take active learning courses, earn badges, and receive certifications.

Must have marketing campaign management experience from a Learning / Education environment

Location: Remote (Preference for Central, Eastern, or Mountain time zones)

Duration: 6+ months with potential for extension

Pay Rate: Open on W2; no C2C, H1B, 1099, TN Visa, or F1 (CPT/OPT)

About the Role

The role involves executing a calendar of pre-planned marketing campaigns to promote courses on the Learning platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing and Customer Success to ensure timely delivery and engagement initiatives. This position focuses on campaign execution rather than strategy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute scheduled marketing campaigns targeting customer education and platform adoption.
  • Collaborate with Customer First, Customer Education, and Marketing teams to activate campaign deliverables.
  • Coordinate campaign assets across channels (email, webinars, social, online events, etc.).
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign effectiveness and metrics.
  • Manage multiple projects using tools like Asana, ensuring alignment on timelines and deliverables.
  • Support the launch of new or updated Customer Learning offerings through effective messaging.
  • Optimize webpages and campaign content related to customer education and certifications.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Marketing Campaign Management within education, learning, or certification marketing.
  • Experience with learning platforms or LMS tools.
  • Proven success in executing multi-channel, integrated campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Experience working with post-sales and customer success marketing teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to track and report results effectively.
  • Proficiency with tools like Asana, Marketo, and analytics/reporting platforms.
  • Experience in content optimization for campaigns and digital channels.
