Job description

Snapdocs is a rapidly growing company that is disrupting the residential mortgage market, bringing scalable and sophisticated software to a pillar of the US economy that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes. Today, 20% of real estate transactions are processed through our platform. Our products rely on carefully designed workflows, AI-based automations, and empathetic user experiences to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. We are backed by investors like Sequoia, Y Combinator, and F-Prime.

We are an innovative team. As we expand our product offering to serve more customers in more ways, we need to grow our team with smart, hungry, and curious people. That’s where you come in…

Snapdocs is seeking a results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing targeted, data-driven campaigns that drive qualified leads, nurture prospects, and support customer retention. The Campaign Manager plays a key role in fueling demand generation and customer engagement to support core business goals like pipeline growth, revenue, and product adoption. This position reports to the Director of Growth Marketing.

• Build integrated category, product, and one-to-many account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy and business goals.

• Define clear campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, while scoping the right mix of tactics based on target audiences and lifecycle stages.

• Own and manage the content calendar, including ideation, scheduling, and writing. This role requires strong, effective writing skills and the ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation—while maintaining Snapdocs’ brand voice and clearly communicating the value of our product and its functionality.

1 Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration

◦ Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns in close partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Partner Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and audience targeting.

2 Tactical Execution Across Channels

◦ Work with the Demand Generation Manager to plan and run marketing campaigns across channels like email, web, webinars, paid media, social, and ads—ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.

3 Campaign Measurement & Optimization

◦ Continuously monitor and evaluate the impact of campaigns against defined goals, using data-driven insights to report performance and recommend optimizations for greater effectiveness and ROI.

4 Market and Buyer Insights

◦ Leverage audience insights, industry trends, and historical campaign data to inform campaign strategy, segmentation, and creative development.

Education/Qualifications/Experience

• Experience using content management systems, project management tools, email marketing platforms, or other digital marketing tools

• Experience with common apps, such as Microsoft Office or Google Docs

• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks, organize information and adhere to deadlines

• A keen eye for design and copy

• A self-starter who needs minimal supervision and able to effectively manage through ambiguity

• Experience using Hubspot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems

Plus

• Mortgage industry experience

• Experience in the business-to-business marketing of technology

• Experience in account-based marketing

Attributes/behaviours

• Meticulous about language, demanding that marketing copy be attention-getting, efficient, and on-brand, with accurate grammar, organization, and structure

• Quality and detail-oriented, ensuring processes are followed and deliverables meet high standards

• Consistent, reliable, and self-starting

• Versatile—can change priorities/requirements, act fast, and be decisive in critical situations—all with a “can-do” attitude

• Results-driven, passionate about achieving goals, meeting deadlines, and exceeding performance targets

• Customer-focused (internal and external)—able to consider and act on others’ motivations and challenges

• Organized and solution-oriented—able to identify the immediate needs of a situation and establish a plan for meeting them; when problems arise, you don’t just acknowledge them: you think about how to solve them

• Confident, communicative, and collaborative—someone who values working with and learning from experts, and someone who can provide direction

Candidate profile:

• Seeking an opportunity to make a direct impact on a business
