Job summary

Cox Automotive in Euless, TX is seeking a Marketing Support Specialist to coordinate the production and implementation of marketing plans for the assigned location. You will work with the Marketing Manager and Field Marketing Director to ensure campaigns align with corporate and local goals.

Responsibilities include executing campaigns for auctions and clients, handling print materials and social media, contributing to a year-long event sale calendar, and tracking results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years marketing/customer service experience preferred, or an equivalent combination.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of MS Office and layout/design software (e.g., Illustrator) essential.
• Experience using AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns under supervision to meet auction and client needs with brand alignment.
• Plan and execute location-based marketing tactics including print, displays, and signage.
• Assist in managing auction social media to drive awareness and engagement.
• Contribute ideas for a year-long event sale calendar.
• Track campaign results and adjust future campaigns accordingly.
• Use marketing tools and editable templates for design requests and intranet use.
• Perform sale day preparations and client engagement activities as directed.
• Travel as required by corporate marketing and leadership.
