Pay Rate: $26-29/hour
Our client, a respected medical nonprofit, is looking for a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to add to their team!
- Support the Membership Marketing Manager in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns and special projects.
- Assist in translating marketing strategies into actionable campaign plans and deliverables.
- Coordinate campaign implementation across email, direct mail, digital, paid media, and other marketing channels.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison between marketing stakeholders and external vendors for assigned projects.
- Coordinate the development and review of marketing materials, creative assets, and promotional packages.
- Manage feedback and ensure approvals are obtained from key stakeholders.
- Support quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with campaign requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential timeline impacts and elevate as appropriate.
- Ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with budget parameters.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and action item tracking.
- Coordinate activities with internal teams and vendors.
- Foster effective communication among project stakeholders throughout campaign execution.
Marketing Campaign Coordinator Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, project management, or related disciplines.
- Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze campaign results and summarize findings for stakeholders.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting direct mail, email, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and campaign reporting.
- Experience working with healthcare, physician, membership, or association marketing programs.
- Experience coordinating external vendors and marketing production activities.
