We are looking for a Marketing Business Partner to support our business leaders who embodies this purpose.

*** This is a work-from-home position but candidates MUST live in proximity to the Tampa/St. Petersburg metro area ***

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with our firm business leaders on a strategic marketing plan that aligns with their business strategy for their local offices in a fun, fast-paced environment
  • Learn about their target markets, challenges and pain points, and opportunities for business growth in order to design a local brand and marketing strategy that appeals to our desired client partners and leverages social media, our Bohler website, advertising, industry associations/events, e-mail, and public relations/media coverage
  • Manage the local pursuit process, and collaborate with local leadership on win strategy
  • Observe, capture, and evaluate industry market trends in order to advise our Business Development and Divisional Leaders on pursuits and opportunities
  • Partner with your manager to tailor your career path toward YOUR vision

What You'll Need:

  • The ability to learn quickly, along with strong communication skills, and a solid work ethic
  • At least 7 years' of experience designing and executing marketing strategy that aligns with business goals in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) or Commercial Real Estate industry
  • A knack for successfully balancing direction from multiple key stakeholders and decision makers
  • A passion for strategy design and creative problem-solving
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related is preferred
