Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or related field).
  • 3+ years’ experience in accounting and/or finance related role or internship.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, proactive and organized.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to multi-task.
  • Should be self-motivated.
  • Experience in budgeting, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, finalize and submit the Marketing budget during each forecast for PUMA North America.
  • Serve as the go-to team member for the Marketing organization including analysis and reporting.
  • Own monthly budget meetings with budget owners to understand investments and confirm expenditures are properly reflected using an internal tracking system.
  • Manage year-end budget marketing accrual process.
  • Maintain and enhance existing processes, documentation and team reference files.
  • Lead budget onboarding for new marketing team members.
  • Manage month-end processes for relevant areas.
  • Gain an understanding of the warehousing budgeting process and support as needed.
  • Support team members on ad hoc projects.
