Marketing & Brand Support Associate (Part-Time)

Location: Sagaponack, NY (Remote Work Available)

Hours: 15–20 hours/week | Flexible Schedule

We’re a growing company offering innovative, self-watering garden containers that make growing your own food simple, efficient, and accessible. As we relaunch our brand, we’re looking for a creative and motivated team member to help us build our presence and engage with our audience.

Role Overview

This flexible, part-time, primarily remote role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with organization. You’ll assist with daily operations and help execute marketing and customer engagement strategies—perfect for an early-career marketer or student interested in sustainable e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Outreach

• Support marketing campaigns across email and social media
• Help manage and grow our Instagram and Facebook presence
• Create content: graphics, emails, and blog posts
• Schedule posts and engage with followers
• Conduct competitor and trend research
• Follow up with leads and vendor inquiries
• Assist in cold outreach to retailers or partners

Order Management & Customer Communication

• (As needed) Help process and review orders in Shopify
• Answer occasional customer calls and manage voicemails (RingCentral)
• Respond to customer messages via email and social media
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues

Qualifications

• ️ Proficient with basic tools (email, spreadsheets, Canva, etc.)
• Willing to learn Shopify and HubSpot
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed, organized, and proactive
• Passion for gardening, sustainability, marketing, or small business
• Bonus: Familiarity with email marketing and social media tools
