Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedMarketing and Brand Project Specialistto support and help drive the execution of key marketing and branding initiatives for our luxury resort property. This role is central in coordinating projects, maintaining brand integrity, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work that aligns with the resort’s premium image.

The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, a refined eye for brand aesthetics, and hands-on experience usingMonday.comor similar project management platforms. This position will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to manage marketing and brand-related requests through ourCreative Brief system, helping bring concepts to life across print, digital, and on-property activations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Project Management:
Drive the progress of marketing and brand projects from concept through completion.
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals usingMonday.comto keep all tasks on track.
Maintain detailed documentation of project status and communications.
Creative Brief Facilitation:
Manage the intake and coordination of internal requests through ourCreative Brief system.
Collaborate with department leads to ensure briefs are thorough, clear, and aligned with brand standards.
Liaise with creative and design teams to translate briefs into actionable deliverables.
Brand Consistency & Quality Control:
Ensure all creative assets reflect the luxury brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity.
Assist in the review and proofing of materials before final approval and distribution.
Maintain brand guidelines and ensure adherence across all marketing touchpoints.
Departmental Support:
Provide day-to-day support to the marketing and brand team as needed, including meeting coordination, asset organization, and research.
Assist with coordination of photo shoots, brand campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, branding, or project coordination role.
  • Experience working with luxury or premium brands preferred.
  • Proficiency in Monday.com (or similar project management platforms) is required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing terminology and creative workflows.
  • A passion for hospitality, storytelling, and delivering luxury experiences.
