Marketing Automation Specialist – Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Remote, North America & Europe)
We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with expertise in marketing automation systems to join our marketing team. This role focuses on the hands-on creation and management of marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The role reports to the Marketing Automation Manager.
Reporting Relationship
- Part of the Digital Marketing team at LHH, reporting to the Marketing Automation Manager
Location
- Fully remote. Preference for candidates in US Eastern, GMT, or GMT+1 time zones. Other qualified locations considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Email and Campaign Execution: Design, implement, and manage campaigns in SFMC; build and optimize email templates; conduct A/B testing; develop lead nurture journeys.
- Automation and Journey Building: Set up, monitor, and refine automated workflows and journeys based on segmentation and goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze campaign performance; develop reporting structures; communicate insights.
- Data Management: Manage data extensions, segmentation, ensure data accuracy and compliance, maintain documentation.
- Collaboration: Work with global teams, support automation requests, troubleshoot SFMC issues, optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, CS, or related field.
- 2+ years in marketing automation; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred (Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
- 3-4 years in a marketing automation role.
- Strong HTML, CSS, Ampscript, SQL skills.
- Experience with A/B testing, analytics, problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
Additional Qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification a plus.
- Additional platform certifications a plus.

Compensation
$62,000 - $78,000 plus annual bonus. Placement based on experience, location, and other factors.
