Marketing Automation Specialist - Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred, LHH (Global - Remote)

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with expertise in marketing automation systems to join our marketing team. This role focuses on the hands-on creation and management of marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The role reports to the Marketing Automation Manager.

Reporting Relationships:
  • Part of the Digital Marketing team at LHH, reporting to the Marketing Automation Manager.
Location:
  • Fully remote environment. Preference for candidates in US Eastern, GMT, or GMT+1 time zones; other qualified locations considered.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Email and Campaign Execution: Design, implement, and manage digital campaigns in SFMC; build email templates; optimize for deliverability and engagement; conduct A/B testing; develop lead nurture journeys.
  2. Automation and Journey Building: Set up, monitor, and refine automated workflows and customer journeys based on segmentation and goals.
  3. Reporting and Analysis: Analyze campaign data; develop reporting structures; communicate insights to teams.
  4. Data Management: Manage data extensions, segmentation, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  5. Collaboration: Work with global and regional teams; support ad-hoc automation requests; collaborate to improve processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years in marketing automation; Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred (Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
  • 3-4 years in marketing automation roles.
  • Strong HTML, CSS, Ampscript skills; experience with A/B testing, analytics, SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification a plus; other marketing automation platform certifications beneficial.

Compensation:

$62,000 - $78,000 plus annual bonus, based on experience and location.
