The Marketing Automation Specialist will help advance ITW Welding’s marketing automation capabilities, enabling more connectedand measurablecustomer experiences across email, web, CRM, and sales channels.
This roleis responsible forexecuting andoptimizingautomated marketing programs that improve engagement, support lead generation, and create measurable business impact. Working closely with Central Marketing, divisional teams, sales, analytics, CRM partners, and external agencies, this individual will help operationalize marketing automation strategies and support more personalized, behavior-driven customer journeys.
The right candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working across systems, and motivated to improve processes and performance in acomplex, decentralized organization.
Within the first 6–12 months:
