Primerica is a great place to work!## ## About this PositionWork with key stakeholders to clearly define and develop the vision and manage the team to drive change and continually improve based on feedback from all customers, internal and external of Primerica’s Marketing Automation experience that helps reps communicate effectively and proactively with clients to increase sales, client interaction and retention. Salary range between $130K - $145K USD ANNUAL## ## Responsibilities & Qualifications* Create and articulate the vision for a deeply integrated and consistent, joined up, end-to-end digital experience. Use understanding of integration from frontend interfaces down to backend systems of record* Define business objectives and connect features to those objectives to discipline the approach and ensure digital solution delivers concrete, high business value over time.* Accountable for performance and team results.
