Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing, communications, or a related role, ideally at a startup or fast‑moving company.
• Ability to source, brief, and manage external vendors and freelancers.
• Comfortable translating technical research into clear, compelling stories for broad audiences.
• Own execution of marketing campaigns and digital presence with a data‑driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of major marketing projects, e.g., website design, company videos.
• Coordinate video projects—from vision to technical explainers—pairing researchers with production teams.
• Partner with technical teammates to shape content for audiences, manage production, and publish outputs.
• Plan and execute Radical Numerics' presence at conferences, industry events, and government forums.
