Job summary

IXL Learning in San Mateo, CA seeks a Marketing Associate to support Takeoff by IXL, our core math curriculum. You will craft materials, run campaigns with sales, and build educator proof points to drive awareness, pilots, and adoption.

You will collaborate with product and design teams, coordinate regional rollouts, and monitor engagement to improve future outreach. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in education technology.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 2–4 years of solid marketing experience.
• Exceptional writing ability and ability to tailor messaging for educators and decision-makers.
• Experience partnering with sales and coordinating campaigns is a plus.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Write and develop marketing materials for awareness, evaluation, pilots, and purchase.
• Coordinate national and regional campaigns with state adoption cycles.
• Develop customer proof points and educator stories to support adoption.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver campaigns on time.
• Track campaign performance and apply learnings to future outreach.
