State Farm Agent Rosalinda Aguero is seeking a Marketing Associate to help grow the agency through creative marketing, community engagement, and digital campaigns. The role focuses on promoting insurance and financial services while expanding client relationships with social media, events, and targeted outreach.

The position requires the ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, with prior sales or marketing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license
• Must be able to obtain Life and Health license
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred
• Marketing experience preferred
• Able to make presentations to potential customers
• Proficient in social media, website, and email content generation
• Self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Work with the agent to help manage the website and social media content.
• Work with the agent to identify and support local community events.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.
