Levy Sector in Los Angeles is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the Marketing Manager and collaborate with the Rank + Rally Merchandise team to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and sales through campaigns, social media, and e-commerce initiatives.

You will help manage Team LA Store and LakersStore.com content, launches, and retail activations, bringing creativity, organization, and data-driven decision making to a fast-paced sports entertainment environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Team LA Store, LakersStore.com, and Rank + Rally merchandise initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.
• Develop creative concepts and content for social media, email marketing, promotional campaigns, and retail activations.
• Assist in the creation of marketing presentations, campaign recaps, and performance reports.
• Coordinate media outreach, promotional opportunities, and grassroots marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-promotional opportunities and maximize audience reach.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, both digital and physical.

Job Summary

Position Summary

The Marketing Associate supports the Marketing Manager and collaborates closely with the Rank + Rally Merchandise team to execute marketing initiatives, e-commerce campaigns, and retail activations that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and sales performance. This role combines digital marketing, social media management, e-commerce support, and in-store retail operations. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, data-driven, and passionate about sports, entertainment, and delivering exceptional fan experiences. This position plays a key role in promoting Team LA Store and LakersStore.com through engaging content, digital campaigns, product launches, and customer-focused retail initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns for Team LA Store, LakersStore.com, and Rank + Rally merchandise initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.
• Develop creative concepts and content for social media, email marketing, promotional campaigns, and retail activations.
• Assist in the creation of marketing presentations, campaign recaps, and performance reports.
• Coordinate media outreach, promotional opportunities, and grassroots marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-promotional opportunities and maximize audience reach.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, both digital and physical.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Monitor and manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other emerging channels.
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging social media content aligned with brand objectives.
• Track social media trends, fan engagement, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in managing email campaigns, audience segmentation, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Utilize marketing analytics and reporting tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.

E-Commerce Operations

• Support the Marketing Manager and e-commerce team with product launches, promotions, and merchandising updates on LakersStore.com and TeamLAStore.com.
• Create and update promotional banners, product imagery, and website content.
• Ensure product placement, descriptions, pricing, and merchandising standards are maintained across digital platforms.
• Assist with quality assurance testing to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
