Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field.

• Strong planning, organizational, analytical and technical abilities.
• Creative thinker who can propose campaigns within brand and regulatory guardrails.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with time management.
• Interest in financial markets and asset management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and update monthly and quarterly marketing materials such as fact sheets and pitchbooks.
• Maintain brand consistency across print and digital materials.
• Support integrated campaigns across email, web and social channels.
• Collaborate with Sales and National Accounts to tailor content for partners.
• Coordinate Compliance review and standard disclosures for materials.
• Assist with AI-assisted content workflows to improve productivity.
