WIN is hiring 3–4 Marketing Associates for a 100% remote role. You’ll join a fast-growing global team with exposure to SEO, social, paid ads, and content across consumer and B2B marketing.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of post-graduation experience, a passion for marketing, and a drive to learn directly from senior mentors. You’ll contribute to real projects and grow into larger roles within a high-growth environment.

• Assist with reporting, dashboards, and quality checks
• Learn directly from senior marketers while being accountable for your own deliverables

Compensation
