Job summary

LighthouseAI in the United States seeks a marketing program coordinator to manage email campaigns, create and schedule social media content, and maintain CRM data quality. You will publish blog posts, update the website, and help qualify inbound leads to support sales.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in marketing, experience with Salesforce and common email platforms (Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot), and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a similar Marketing role.
• Experience with various social media platforms and content scheduling.
• Experience managing CRM data; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory industry is a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work Experience Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a similar Marketing role

Compensation:

• Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience
