Lega Nova Group is expanding into Raleigh, and we’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals who are ready to build real-world experience, develop their communication skills, and grow into leadership.

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll gain hands‑on experience working directly with customers and representing established brands through face-to-face marketing, events, retail activations, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

• Represent established brands through professional, face-to-face customer engagement
• Support direct marketing and customer acquisition campaigns
• Build strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Learn how to create positive customer experiences and represent a brand with confidence
• Work alongside experienced team members and receive hands‑on coaching
• Develop leadership and business skills as you take on more responsibility
