This is a contract position (30–40 hours per week) with the potential to evolve into a full-time role with benefits for the right candidate. You’ll join a collaborative, fast‑paced team that integrates design, technology, and analytics to tell the firm’s story and attract high‑net‑worth professionals across industries. You’ll gain real‑world experience in campaign execution, lead nurturing, and brand development—working alongside marketing leadership to create measurable impact.
Design on‑brand ad graphics using established templates and standards for LinkedIn and Meta. Export to correct specs, tag URLs with UTMs, and deploy creatives in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager. Monitor performance and recommend refinements based on key metrics.
Host webinars from registration through follow‑up, coordinating details and schedules. Launch LinkedIn ads, create HubSpot workflows to manage leads, and refine promotional copy using AI tools.
Optimize campaigns with bid and creative adjustments, updated graphics, and audience research. Duplicate and test ad variants to improve performance and report results with actionable insights.
Build and schedule newsletters in HubSpot, ensuring brand consistency in tone and design.
Build automated workflows, sequences, and segmented lists to support campaigns. Manage forms, UTM tracking, and lead scoring to ensure clean attribution and smooth handoffs to advisors.
Assist in building and publishing website pages, uploading and updating content, and maintaining team pages. Handle minor SEO tasks, including meta descriptions, alt text, and internal linking.
You’re curious, creative, and comfortable switching between design, technology, and communication. You’re highly organized, willing to learn, and capable of managing multiple projects.
