Job summary

Rhame & Gorrell Wealth Management seeks a Marketing Associate to support growing marketing initiatives. This contract role (30–40 hours per week) may evolve into a full-time role with benefits for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, advertising, and content creation within a high-performing financial firm. You’ll join a fast-paced team that blends design, technology, and analytics to tell the firm’s story

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field or working toward one.
• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and basic SEO/social media tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design on-brand ad graphics for LinkedIn and Meta using templates and UTMs.
• Host webinars and coordinate details from registration to follow-up.
• Build automated workflows, sequences, and lead management in HubSpot.
• Assist in building and publishing website pages and basic SEO tasks.
