You may already have useful experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or another role where interacting with people is part of the day. Equally important are your willingness to learn, professional approach, and ability to communicate with different people.
We're interested in individuals who are dependable, receptive to feedback, comfortable working toward goals, and able to balance initiative with thoughtful listening.
Aurelius emphasises learning through experience, hands-on training, and constructive coaching.
The opportunity is to develop a clearer understanding of how promotional campaigns operate, strengthen your customer-facing communication skills, and see how individual interactions contribute to wider campaign performance.
Greater responsibility and promotion become available through demonstrated ability and consistent performance.
