As our client campaigns grow, we're hiring a Brand Activation Associate to represent brands at live events, promotional campaigns and public venues across Greater Boston, turning interest into action through face-to-face engagement.

What You'll Do

• Represent client brands at brand activations, live events and retail locations across Greater Boston
• Engage with the public and present each brand with clarity, composure and professionalism
• Adapt every conversation to the person in front of you, without scripts or gimmicks
• Help interested people sign up as new customers
• Work toward clear goals alongside a team that backs each other

What We Look For

• Confidence meeting new people, or a real drive to build it
• Availability to start within 4-6 weeks of offer
• Self-discipline and a consistent personal standard
• Openness to honest, direct feedback
• Initiative and follow-through

No previous experience is required. You'll learn face-to-face marketing from the ground up, with hands-on training from day one. Backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, retail or events are a plus.
