Job Summary

The D2C Marketing Associate Specialist, Loyalty will assist with strengthening our retention marketing efforts through the Groundbreakers Loyalty Program. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to help implement marketing campaigns, track key performance metrics, and contribute to the overall success of the program. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Support the end-to-end management of program projects, including timelines, briefing, and administration for the Groundbreakers Loyalty Program in partnership with internal and external teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure loyalty messaging aligns with brand and retail strategies.
  • Support the programming and coding of communications using HTML/CSS to ensure proper rendering across devices and platforms.
  • Use digital analytics and web tools to track user experiences and make changes to optimize user funnels and maximize conversion and engagement KPIs.
  • Provide regular updates and KPIs to help implement consumer experience initiatives.
  • Activate test-and-learn strategies developed by senior team members to continuously improve communications across email, SMS, direct mail, events, and more.
  • Prepare PowerPoint and/or Excel reports to analyze performance and share results with the internal team.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6 months-2 years of experience with marketing
  • Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to understand and report on marketing and email campaigns
  • Ability to execute under tight deadlines and within budget parameters
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Apparel, Retail or Consumer Products marketing experience a plus
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • Office Environment
  • Sedentary; lifts up to 10 lbs. involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
  • Office equipment used: such as computer, copier, projector, phone, etc.
  • Light Travel; up to 10%
  • This position has a Remote location: Associate will not be required to work on-site regularly for work activities.
