Job summary

Cabazon Outlets is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the General Manager with marketing operations, functions, and activities. The ideal candidate is friendly, responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player with a can-do attitude; must be able to work weekends.

Key duties include visiting stores to spotlight promotions on social media, photographing promotions and events, coordinating with tenants, and helping create engaging content.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Experience with social media management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit Center stores to identify key promotions and products for social media.
• Photograph promotions and in-store products and events as directed by the GM.
• Coordinate with tenants for promotional offers and opportunities.
• Assist in creating engaging social media content.
• Maintain files and ensure marketing event files have agreements and insurance requirements.
• Manage marketing archives and documentation.
• Monitor inventory and distribute property directories and collateral material.
• Assist with special event preparation and leadership-directed projects.
