Job summary
Licking/Knox Goodwill is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide daily administrative, creative, and analytical support to the Vice President of Communications. You will develop social media content and advertising, continually improve the company website, and help expand marketing efforts in related industries.
The position requires a certificate or associate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or digital media, or a high school diploma with related experience.
Qualifications
- Certificate or associate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or digital media.
- A high school diploma with 2 years of related experience may be considered.
- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in marketing, communications, or digital media.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all social media platforms; identify opportunities for continued growth; stay current on social media trends.
- Analyze and create reports showing online marketing effectiveness, such as number of website hits, followers, etc.
- Design and develop various sales tools including presentations, brochures, newsletters, sales flyers, and other advertisement and marketing collateral.
- Provide tradeshow and virtual event support through design and planning, as well as travel to and participation in trade shows.
- Responsible for sales design projects, as assigned, from creative concept to final production, including printing and distribution.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of sales flyers for the Retail division as scheduled.
- Manage and complete multiple projects within project deadlines.
- All other duties as assigned
