Job summary

Alumni Hall Stores, LLC in Knoxville, TN seeks a Marketing Assistant to support marketing and advertising efforts across 32 stores and our e-commerce site. You will report to the Marketing Director and collaborate with the E‑commerce team to produce campaigns, manage assets, and coordinate events while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

The role requires Canva and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency, strong communication, time management, and a willingness to work non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• Passion for collegiate sports
• Must be proficient in Canva
• Must be proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer service minded - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills
• Willingness to work outside of non-standard business hours when necessary
• Team player with positive and enthusiastic attitude

Responsibilities

• Manage asset creation and delivery for contracts (digital ads, LED graphics, print ads, radio reads).
• Collaborate with student athletes for NIL partnerships and influencers on content.
• Develop email marketing content, graphics, manage databases and analyze results.
• Assist events planning with coupons, giveaways, and lead generation.
• Graphic design for signage, displays, social media, emails, product launches, ensuring brand consistency.
• Create and manage lead-generation sweepstakes: graphics, rules, launch, entries, winners, post-campaign tasks.
• Handle inquiries, marketing questions, and donation requests across stores.
• Keep store information accurate across digital footprint, update locations, photos, hours.
• Support Marketing Director; manage partnerships with university properties, media partners, events.
• Coordinate with store managers, Marketing Director, e-commerce to ensure aligned messaging.
• Track ROI of marketing initiatives and report findings.
• Other tasks as assigned.
