My Resource Partners, LLC is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the VP/CMO and sales team across content and digital marketing. The role is hands-on with blogging, social media, video, email campaigns, and events to grow brand and lead generation.

You will contribute to thought leadership, publish daily content, and help manage campaigns while developing marketing skills through webinars and real-world practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Hands-on marketing experience via internship, freelance work, or managing social media/content for a business.
• Strong writing skills and an eye for visual detail.
• Familiarity with content and social media tools (Canva, HubSpot a plus).
• Interest in social media, content creation and video production.
• Reliable, organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commitment to a consistent full-time schedule, including occasional local events.

Responsibilities

• Create daily blog content and assist with quarterly e-books to support thought leadership and lead generation.
• Develop and publish daily social media content across company channels.
• Produce video content for YouTube and Instagram to boost brand awareness.
• Maintain website content and manage email marketing campaigns for clients and prospects.
• Assist CM0 with event materials and attend local business expos.
• Pursue ongoing marketing training to stay current on tools and best practices.
