The Marketing Assistant supports MRP's VP/CMO and sales team in building and executing the company's content and digital marketing efforts. This role is hands-on across content creation, social media, video, email, and event marketing, giving this person real-world experience across the full marketing mix while directly contributing to MRP's brand and lead generation efforts.
This is not a sales role - but like every role at MRP, it exists to support the sale. The content, campaigns, and brand presence this role helps create generate the awareness and trust that keep our pipeline full and our sales team in front of the right prospects.
Develop content for daily blog posts and assist with developing quarterly e-books that support MRP's thought leadership and lead generation efforts.
Develop and publish daily social media content across MRP's channels; support development of the Referral Partner program through LinkedIn and Facebook.
Develop video content for YouTube and Instagram to support brand awareness and audience engagement.
Keep website content current and accurate; build, schedule, and send email marketing campaigns to clients and prospects.
Assist CMO with preparation of materials for business expos and attend local events with MRP team.
Attend training webinars to continue building marketing skills and stay current on marketing tools and best practices.
Creative self-starters who enjoy storytelling and visual design, are comfortable experimenting with new platforms and formats, and take pride in seeing their work published and read by a real audience.
