Job summary

First Northern Bank of Wyoming is seeking a Marketing Assistant to provide administrative, creative, and operational support for the Bank’s marketing, communications, community involvement, and public relations activities.

The role supports content development, events, promotions, internal communications, and branding across five branches including Buffalo, Sheridan, Gillette, Douglas, and Newcastle. Travel to branches is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing, communications, public relations, event coordination, administrative support, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with social media, content development, digital communications, event coordination, or marketing platforms preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and directly related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing Bank marketing initiatives, community events, sponsorships, PR activities, and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain content for social media, newsletters, intranet, digital displays, and channels.
• Assist with photography, promotional materials, giveaways, signage, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate ordering and distribution of marketing supplies; track expenses.
• Prepare materials, reports, presentations for marketing meetings and initiatives.
• Support branding consistency across locations and channels.
