Compass Group USA is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support operations with marketing, merchandising, and promotions to maximize profits. The role covers event support, content coordination, and program implementation on a full-time basis at campus locations.

The position requires 1 year of marketing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office; a Marketing degree is preferred. Benefits include health, parking, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 1 year of marketing experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to present to large groups.
• Knowledge of merchandising and promotions.
• Proficient in MS Office; Adobe suite a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Analyzes customer/resident research, market conditions and competitor information.
• Assists in development and implementation of marketing plans and projects.
• Expands and develops marketing platforms.
• Manages productivity of marketing plans and projects.
• Monitors and reports on marketing activity and ROI.
