Responsibilities include
  • Support the sales team with essential administrative tasks, including data entry and order processing.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage spreadsheets, databases, and electronic records with high accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service by resolving issues and answering client questions promptly.
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer order and product information in internal systems.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Track sales activity and documentation to ensure smooth workflows across the office.
  • Communicate with internal team members to follow up on missing information or order details.
Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar administrative or office role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Required knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Customer Focused: Proven track record of delivering excellent Customer Service and professional communication.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $20 - $21/hr
