Job summary

ARCO National Construction is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our St. Louis team onsite. You will provide administrative support to the marketing department and help coordinate client events, trade shows, open houses, and other company functions.

You’ll create graphics for social media and campaigns, maintain marketing assets, and assist with jobsite marketing materials. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong organizational skills are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field.
• Internship or previous marketing experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and willingness to learn digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
• Assist with planning and coordinating client events, trade shows, open houses, ribbon cuttings, recruiting events, and internal company functions.
• Order corporate apparel, promotional products, client gifts, and other branded materials.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate shipping, inventory, and organization of event materials and promotional items.
• Create graphics for social media, company events, presentations, internal communications, and marketing campaigns.
• Help maintain digital asset libraries, marketing files, and contact databases.
• Work closely with marketing team to support projects and day-to-day activities.
• Assist with coordination and production of jobsite marketing materials and collateral.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the marketing department
• Assist with planning and coordinating client events, trade shows, open houses, ribbon cuttings, recruiting events, and internal company functions
• Order corporate apparel, promotional products, client gifts, and other branded materials
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives
• Coordinate shipping, inventory, and organization of event materials and promotional items
• Create graphics for social media, company events, presentations, internal communications, and marketing campaigns
• Help maintain digital asset libraries, marketing files, and contact databases
• Work closely with marketing team members to support special projects and day-to-day marketing activities
• Assist with the coordination and production of jobsite marketing materials, including signage, branded gear, promotional items, and other project support materials
• Maintain and organize marketing collateral, including brochures, project sheets, resumes, photography, flyers, and other branded assets
• Help maintain inventory of marketing materials and event supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

General Responsibilities:

• Support special projects and marketing initiatives as assigned
• Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure consistent brand standards across all materials
• Build positive working relationships with internal teams, clients, consultants, and vendors
• Prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
