STV Incorporated, located in New York, NY, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our Transportation North Marketing group in a hybrid role (4 days in office). This entry-level position offers growth opportunities in marketing and exposure to nationwide projects.

You will support researching and coordinating proposals, maintain marketing materials, and track client leads while working with a motivated team on diverse engagements across the country.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalency.
• 1–3 years experience assisting in proposal process/writing.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe InDesign.
• REQUIRED experience in the AEC industry with familiarity with proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in preparing qualifications statements and proposals.
• Coordinate with managers to maintain marketing materials and client documents.
• Manage and update information in marketing databases.
