The American Swedish Institute is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support content and marketing across ASI’s platforms, including website, social media, and email communications. This part-time role collaborates across departments to organize marketing plans and timelines for engaging campaigns.

Hours Per Week: Part-time; 15-25 hours per week
Hybrid or On Site: Onsite with occasional hybrid work as schedule allows.
Language proficiency: English. Proficiency/familiarity with another language is a plus but not required.
Schedule: Work hours flexible with preferred days Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and weekends/evenings as needed for events and programming.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Assistant is a part-time position that supports the marketing team to deliver content and marketing across ASI’s platforms including website, social media, and email communications. The Marketing Assistant will collaborate across departments to provide marketing plan organization and timelines in order to deliver engaging marketing campaigns to optimize engagement to a variety of audiences.
