Job summary

Round Table Medical Consultants Llc in Frisco, TX seeks an in-person Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team in promoting the organization’s brand, services, and community presence. You will coordinate marketing activities, assist with events, and support both digital and traditional initiatives.

This role reports to the Director of Business Development/Management and requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1–2 years of marketing or outreach experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of marketing, healthcare outreach, sales, or community engagement experience preferred.
• Interacting professionally with physicians’ staff and community partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within Texas; occasional evenings/weekends for events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing community outreach programs, health fairs, and educational events.
• Manage event logistics: scheduling, vendor coordination, booth setup, and follow-up; travel to support other locations as needed.
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines for campaigns and events are met.
• Support digital marketing efforts such as social media updates.
• Represent the client’s practice through conversations, flyers, and educational materials.
• Report daily activities in the company CRM; attend team meetings and reviews.

This in-person position will support the marketing team of the company in executing strategies that promote the organization’s brand, services, and community presence. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, supporting outreach events, maintaining promotional materials, and assisting with both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
