Community Resource Center in Encinitas, CA seeks a part-time Marketing Assistant to support our visual and digital presence across website, social media, and events. The role requires hands-on content creation, posting, and event coordination within a collaborative Development Department.
You’ll capture photos and videos, update web content, craft engaging social content, and assist with email marketing and collateral materials. A degree or commensurate experience is required.
Our mission is to help our neighbors create paths to healthy food, stable homes and safe relationships. We do this through a variety of programs including emergency assistance, domestic violence emergency shelter, counseling, housing stability and access to food. Community Resource Center is widely recognized as the primary provider of social services and domestic violence programs in coastal North County San Diego, serving more than 7,200 people each year.
The Marketing Assistant supports the visual and digital presence of Community Resource Center (CRC®) across our website, social media channels and events. This is a hands‑on, creative role that includes capturing photos and videos, keeping our website current, building engaging social content, and helping coordinate event logistics. This position is ideal for a creative, organized marketing professional who is eager to build experience while contributing to meaningful, mission‑driven work as part of a collaborative Development Department.
This is a Part‑time position, approximately 25 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule arranged around core on‑site hours at our Encinitas office.
