Tierwest is a growing sales and marketing company working with telecom clients across the U.S. As part of our expansion in El Paso, we’re looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support our in-person B2B marketing campaigns.

This is not a digital or online marketing role. As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll be involved in face-to-face marketing and customer engagement, working directly with business clients to deliver clear marketing messages and support sales activity.

About the Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support Tierwest’s in-person B2B marketing efforts by engaging directly with business customers, helping communicate telecom solutions, and supporting campaign delivery. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical marketing experience while developing communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

You’ll work closely with experienced team members and receive full training to understand the client, the marketing message, and how campaigns are delivered in person.
