Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital, print, promotional, and B2B channels.
• Coordinate projects, timelines, approvals, creative requests, and follow-up communications.
• Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including emails, social media content, newsletters, press releases, and promotional collateral.
• Conduct research on industry trends, media opportunities, publications, partnerships, and events to help increase brand awareness.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, contact databases, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, sales partners, and other stakeholders to gather information and support marketing initiatives.
• Assist with trade shows, events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Work closely with graphic designers and creative teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and deliverables are completed on time.
• Compile campaign performance data and assist with recurring marketing reports.
• Provide administrative and project support to the marketing department as needed.
