Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
• 0-2 years Marketing Experience.
• Familiarity with page layout and design software such as Adobe InDesign.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• A positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Edit proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials, incorporating feedback from technical reviewers
• Format and design professional documents and presentations
• Complete proposal forms and coordinate signatures and notarizations as needed
• Maintain resumes, project descriptions, company information, and photo libraries
• Assemble marketing packages, qualifications statements, small proposals, and other client‑facing materials

You'll work alongside experienced marketing and technical professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in proposal development, visual communication, and strategic marketing while building skills that will serve you throughout your career.

Essential Functions

• Edit proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials, incorporating feedback from technical reviewers
