Title: Marketing & Operations Manager
Reports to: CEO, Amber Bush-Joseph
Type: Part-Time Contractor (20–30 hrs/week to start, potential to grow to full-time)
Location: Alexandria, VA or Washington, DC Metro Area; 90% remote work
Compensation: $40/hr

To execute, organize, and optimize all content and marketing operations for The Agent Toolkit — ensuring our templates, trainings, and marketing campaigns are consistently delivered with excellence, on time, and on brand.
