Job summary

Arona Home Essentials is seeking a Marketing & Growth Associate to drive customer acquisition and growth across our retail network. You will process orders, manage customer data, assist showroom visitors, and coordinate with the Sales Manager to convert opportunities into sales.

The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a professional appearance, and strong sales ability. You must be 18+, able to lift merchandise, and pass background checks, with bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain customers.
• Accept and process current customer payments.
• Process order forms and references.
• Input customer information into the store computer for new lease agreements.
• Update customer information and account status in the store computer system.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and route them accordingly.
• File and maintain customer folders and records.
• Assist customers on the showroom floor.
• Direct opportunities to the Sales Manager for sales and service.
• Maintain appearance and organization of the customer transaction counter.
• Assist in showroom maintenance, merchandising, and pricing per policy.
• Maintain regular mailing campaigns.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.

Job Duties:

• The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers.
• Accept and process current customer payments.
• Process Order Forms and references.

• File and maintain customer folders and records.

• Assist in the maintenance of the showroom through cleaning, organizing, merchandising, and pricing as per the first up system and as directed by management.

Marketing & Growth Associates must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it, a valid Driver’s License and comply with the Arona Home Essentials Driver Qualification Policy. All Marketing and Growth Associates must pass a drug screen and criminal background investigation before beginning employment.
