Are you a proactive, detail-driven marketing and events professional looking for a dynamic role in a prestigious legal environment?

This is a hands-on, multifaceted role where your organisational flair and creative thinking will shine. You’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality seminars, conferences, and promotional campaigns that reflect the excellence of one of the UK’s leading barristers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination: Plan and deliver seminars and conferences, liaising with barristers, clerks, and venues. From concept to clean-up, you’ll ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Create compelling email campaigns, manage social media (LinkedIn and X), and maintain the website using WordPress.
  • Digital & Database Management: Use Opus 2 (Lex) and Mailchimp to manage contacts, automate outreach, and ensure data integrity.
  • Financial Oversight: Track costs, manage budgets, and support reconciliation processes for events.
  • Legal Directory Support: Assist in compiling submissions for Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, and promote rankings across digital platforms.
  • Promotional Materials: Manage marketing stock, update brochures, and coordinate photography for web and print assets.
About You
  • Exceptionally organised with a calm, professional approach
  • Confident communicator across all levels of seniority
  • Skilled in digital tools including Excel, WordPress, Eventbrite, and Mailchimp
  • Financially aware, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Flexible, reliable, and willing to travel across the Southwest when required
  • A collaborative team player with a diplomatic and tactful style

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a respected legal institution, where your contributions will be visible, valued, and impactful. You’ll be part of a supportive team that blends professionalism with warmth, and you’ll represent the company at high-profile events that shape the legal landscape.
