Position Overview

The Marketing and Content Coordinator is responsible for creating high-quality video, photo, and written content that showcases the people, processes, and purpose behind GreenTek Solutions. This role manages GTS social platforms, captures on-site media, supports interviews and storytelling, and helps coordinate marketing projects that highlight the company’s impact and culture.

This position offers hands-on experience in creative production, social media strategy, and brand communication. It is ideal for someone who is energized by teamwork, fast-paced environments, and bringing ideas to life through content.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Production

• Capture video and photo content on-site across warehouse, logistics, and office areas.
• Produce short-form and long-form video content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Assist with employee interviews, internal highlights, and storytelling projects.
• Edit videos and photos to prepare them for publication.

Social Media and Digital Presence

• Manage daily content posting across social platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects GTS values and mission.
• Track engagement metrics and prepare simple updates for leadership.
• Support the creation of social media calendars and campaign planning.

Communications and Coordination

• Assist in writing captions, short articles, internal highlights, and marketing messages.
• Support event coverage, milestone announcements, and team-focused content.
• Help organize digital assets, creative files, and media libraries.
• Work closely with leadership to capture and communicate meaningful messaging.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Sales, and Leadership to gather stories and capture meaningful content.
• Support marketing needs for recruiting, company culture, customer communication, and external updates.
• Participate in special projects related to branding, visibility, and company growth.

Qualifications

Experience

• Prior experience in content creation, video editing, or social media management preferred but not required.
