Blattner Company seeks a Project Manager to collaborate with Internal and External Communications and Creative teams to deliver projects on time and within scope. You will define objectives, coordinate resources, and lead meetings, reporting progress and risks to leadership.
The role requires a Bachelor’s in marketing/communications, 3 years of PM experience (events PM preferred), and a hybrid work setup (2 days in the office).
Collaborates with Internal Communications, External Communications and Creative teams to ensure project resources, objectives and outcomes are clearly defined, organized and successfully delivered. Gains alignment on project objectives, scope, timing and resources. Ensures processes are documented and/or process docs are updated. Schedules, manages and leads meetings event or project meetings. Meets with project or event leads regularly. Provides regular updates on project status, risks and milestones Meets with department leadership to regularly assess team capacity, tools, processes and performance. Provides visibility to project progress, obstacles and challenges.
Salary: $75,553.00 - $109,552.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
