The Marketing and Communications Manager is a strategic role responsible for the digital expression of AAEM's brand. This position leads the visual and editorial direction of AAEM's digital presence, ensuring a cohesive user experience that reflects organizational goals and values. It requires a strong balance of creative thinking and analytical insight to optimize content and design across digital platforms. The ideal candidate brings a student mindset, a collaborative approach, and a passion for measurable results.
Frequent physical demands include: communication by seeing, talking, listening and writing; sitting; standing; walking; and using keyboard for word processing needs. Equipment typically utilized frequently includes computer, telephone, copier, fax, printer, and calculator.
Some early morning, evening, and weekend work may be required in our home office and while traveling out-of-town to meet client needs. Travel will be two to four weeks per year.
This is a full-time position located in our office in downtown Milwaukee, WI and a minimum of two days onsite in the office (including Wednesday as an all-staff-in-office day) are a requirement of the role.
