Job summary

ACEP in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Content Manager to develop and manage messaging for ACEP priorities across print and digital channels. You will lead production in partnership with internal teams and outside vendors to support a structured communication plan.

You will supervise writers, freelancers, and designers, ensure quality through CMS/CRM systems, and align content with emergency medicine topics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or related field (equivalent work experience will be considered).
• Experience managing and writing for periodical publications as well as websites.
• Proficiency with web content management systems.
• Experience managing writers, freelancers, and designers.
• Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Familiarity with issues related to emergency medicine/organized medicine is a plus.
• Prior experience working for a membership association is a plus.
• Web publishing experience is a plus.

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid; local to DFW area only; fully remote applicants will not be considered)

Job Overview

The Senior Content Manager develops and manages messaging related to ACEP priorities across various communication channels. The role, in partnership with internal teams as well as outside vendors, leads the production of print and online publications in service of an established communication plan.

Compensation and Status

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $87,087.00 - $116,688.00 per year

Schedule: 8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Irving, TX 75063; relocation to Irving, TX required before starting work.
