AgUpdate is seeking a detail-oriented data analyst to support marketing initiatives and monitor inventory, shipping, and fulfillment performance. You will analyze data, prepare actionable reports, and collaborate with owners to drive improvements across vendors, warehouses, and promotional activities.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, experience with databases and reporting systems, and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience analyzing business data.
• Familiarity with inventory management, logistics, supply-chain metrics.
• Experience resolving vendor, warehouse, shipping, or receiving discrepancies.
• Experience analyzing advertising, marketing promotions, and promotional budgets.
• Experience with databases, reporting systems, and business analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Retrieve and analyze reports from internal databases and reporting systems.
• Evaluate advertising performance and promotional program effectiveness.
• Analyze sales data, promotional results, and ROAS.
• Prepare reports, identify trends, and present findings to management.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and areas requiring investigation.
• Assist planning and monitoring marketing promotions and budgets.
• Track promotional budgets and expenditures.
• Recommend improvements based on sales performance and promotional data.
